Secret Juice Box is not a pharmaceutical company and does not manufacture any of the products it supplies. We are a distributor. We carefully source research compounds from qualified manufacturing partners, record what we receive, and pass the accompanying documentation on to the researcher who ends up holding the vial.
Why we publish documentation
The research compound market has a reputation problem, and it is largely a documentation problem. Material changes hands several times between synthesis and a laboratory bench, and by the time it arrives, the paperwork that proves what it is has usually gone missing. We think the answer is boring and structural: record every lot, publish what the manufacturer gave us, and make it verifiable from the product page.
Where we have a certificate of analysis, it is on the site and downloadable. Where we do not, the batch record says so plainly rather than staying quiet about it. An honest gap is more useful to a researcher than a confident claim.
What we will not do
We do not describe what these compounds do in a living subject. We do not advise on dosing, preparation, or administration. We do not make therapeutic, performance, or cosmetic claims, and we will not do so in email, on social media, or in conversation with a customer. Every product we list is supplied strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes, and that is the only context in which we will discuss it.
This is not a legal formality bolted onto a consumer store. It shapes what the catalog says, what our support team is allowed to answer, and what we are willing to sell.
Who we supply
Our customers are laboratories, academic researchers, analytical chemists, and institutions who need characterised reference material with paperwork attached. By purchasing, a customer represents that they are qualified to purchase and handle research materials and will use them only for lawful research purposes.
